Clients retain ownership of their own intellectual property provided to BBG GLOBAL for use in projects. 4. Payments Payment terms for services provided by BBG GLOBAL will be outlined in the project agreement between BBG GLOBAL and the client. Payment schedules, methods, and amounts will be clearly defined in the agreement. 5. Confidentiality BBG GLOBAL and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, project details, and trade secrets. 6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall BBG GLOBAL be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or the inability to use our services. 7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BBG GLOBAL, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services. 8.
